Check-In/Out

Dear guests,

We have listed the check-in and check-out procedures for you below. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us using the contact details below.

General description of check-in:

• Check-in is possible from 15:00. Early check-in can be requested in good time by telephone or email.
• In the reservation confirmation you will receive a six-digit access code for the entrance door.
• You can check in at the check-in machine using your reservation number or your surname (4 languages). You will then receive a receipt showing your room number and room door code.
• Please pay attention to your room number. Rooms 210, 211 and 212 are located in the building on the opposite side of the street “Schloss-Rahe-Straße 17”.

General description for check-out:

• On the day of departure, you will no longer have access to your room with the room code from 10.00 am.
• A late check-out can be requested in good time by telephone or e-mail.
• A separate check-out is not necessary. Destroy the receipt and close the room door and the front door behind you.

Information on the invoice:

• A separPlease make sure you enter the correct billing address when booking. (Company name and address)  
• If you pay at the check-in machine, the invoice will be sent by e-mail after departure.  
• If you need the invoice again, please send us an e-mail to info@rathsmuehle.de.
